Our Cottages

We have 10 unique cottages dotted around the Bodnant Estate. All our holiday cottages are self catering, dog friendly and situated in breathtaking rural spots and only around a 15 minute drive from the seaside towns of Llandudno and Conwy. 

Each of our cottages has been tastefully renovated in the past few years, giving old farm buildings a new lease of life, providing the perfect base for your North Wales adventure.  

Tyddyn Derwen

Spacious and elegant, the Foreo Junior Suite is unique. The lounge corner with its bronze-clad fireplace offers the perfect space for a moment of relaxation.

Bryn Mawr & Bryn Rhydd

Bryn Mawr and Bryn Rhydd, booked together sleep a total of 11, perfect for those large family gatherings or a getaway with friends. The cottages sit next door to each other in a very prominent but secluded position two fields away from the nearest country lane, commanding panoramic views over the Carneddau mountains.

Bryn Mawr

Bryn Mawr, sleeps 7, sits in a prominent position, just two fields away from the nearest country lane, boasting breath-taking panoramic views towards the Carneddau mountains of Snowdonia National Park.

Bryn Rhydd

Bryn Rhydd, sleeping 4, sits in a very secluded position two fields away from the nearest country lane, commanding panoramic views to the SW over the Carneddau mountains.

Bryn Derw & Tyddyn Derwen

Both properties can be booked together as they’re connected by a path and only a few meters apart. 

Ty Cerrig

This lovely house, sleeping 7, converted from a barn (in 2010), is a worthy addition to our range of holiday lets. Set overlooking fields high above the Eglwysbach valley, it commands spectacular and panoramic views of the Carneddau mountains (Snowdonia National Park).

Bryn Derw

Bryn Derw, sleeping 4, is a delightful & secluded cottage. Nestling in woodland and overlooking a field it is completely tranquil. The property is in the heart of the Bodnant Estate, with easy access to the various glorious walks along private paths on the Estate.

Garth Iwrch

Garth Iwrch, sleeping 4, is a secluded farmhouse nestling high above the attractive Eglwysbach valley with commanding views towards the Denbigh Moors. Built on the lea side of a hill, it sits in a sheltered position with fields and woods spread out before it.

Ty Newydd

Ty Newydd, sleeping 8, is a restored 18th century traditional Welsh farmhouse. Surrounded by fields grazed by sheep and fringed with oak woodland, Ty Newydd occupies a prominent position with breathtaking panoramic views over the Conwy estuary and the North Wales coast and towards the Carneddau mountains of Snowdonia National Park. The property lies off a single track lane, in the heart of the Bodnant Estate, with easy access to the various glorious walks along private paths on the Estate.

Ty Ucha’r Fordd

Ty Ucha’r Ffordd, sleeps 2 plus 1 child, is a pretty stone cottage, standing in a secluded position above the Eglwysbach valley, with spectacular views of pastoral and wooded landscape framed by a panorama of the Carneddau mountains of Snowdonia National Park.

Lletty with Annexe

Lletty, sleeping 6 in the main house and optionally another 2 in an outbuilding, is a Grade 2 listed 17th century farmhouse. Tall, narrow and built on the steep slope of a hill, it sits in a secluded position surrounded by fields and woods, but with commanding views eastwards over the attractive Eglwysbach valley.

Minafon

Minafon, sleeps 2, is a secluded barn conversion nestled within the Bodnant Estate. Minafon is a beautiful cottage, ideal for a romantic break in the Welsh countryside.
